Oh Mommas, you asked for it. Behold, the metabolic finisher. These tough little suckers are going to be tacked on to the end of your Workouts A and Workout B. These are optional for beginners, but not optional for intermediate/advanced. They only take about 3-5 minutes, but it's a gnarly few minutes. What do these do? They send your metabolism through the roof, keeping it zinging for a long time after your workout. Plus they make you even stronger and more fit overall. Pick a finisher and get to work!

This circuit is designed to build and strengthen your glutes and core. It's a great add-on for anyone that struggles with knee pain, back pain, weak legs and difficulty balancing. Having strong glutes is essential to having a body that functions well!
