follow-along workout videos

Following a four week progression through a workout plan is the most effective method for getting stronger and seeing progress. Be sure to make your monthly workout plans your highest priority. 

​But sometimes it's nice to just follow along with a full workout video!
All of these workouts are short and sweet. Each routine will take you 40 minutes or less to complete and require minimal equipment. As always, be careful. Listen to your body. Don't do more than you feel comfortable doing.
