All of these workouts are short and sweet. Each routine will take you 40 minutes or less to complete and require minimal equipment. Choose a Dynamic Warm-Up to start with. Make sure to foam roll and stretch fully when you're done. As always, be careful. Listen to your body. Don't do more than you feel comfortable doing.
