Pumpkin Smoothie
Ingredients1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1/4 cup pumpkin puree 1/8 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt (no need to measure this...just do a big dollop) 1 large handful spinach 1 big scoop vanilla whey protein powder 1 Tbsp flax meal or almonds 1/4 tsp cinnamon Dash of vanilla extract Couple dashes of raw sugar or stevia 1 cup ice (or more if you want it extra thick) Instructions |
Place all the ingredients in a blender in the order listed. Blend for 30-60 seconds on high until smooth.
