Chicken Salad Wrap

Ingredients
1 large can (12.5 oz) chunk chicken breast chunk
1 stalk celery, diced
1 apple, diced OR 1/2 cup diced grapes
2 Tbsp raisins or dried cranberries
2 Tbsp pecans
2 Tbsp sunflower seeds
1/2 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt

Instructions
Combine all the ingredients together in a medium bowl.
Serve over spinach, with or without a whole grain wrap.
