Mixed Berry Protein Shake
Ingredients1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1/4 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt 1 banana 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder (~20-30g protein) 1 Tbsp flax meal 1 large handful spinach 1 cup fresh or frozen mixed berries 3/4 cup ice if using fresh berries Instructions |
Place all the ingredients in a blender in the order listed. Blend for 30-60 seconds on high until smooth.
