Orange Banana Green Smoothie
Ingredients1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 medium banana 1 small orange 1/2 avocado 1 large handful spinach 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder 1 Tbsp chia seeds (it's ok if you don't have them...just put them on the shopping list!) 1 cup ice Instructions |
Place all the ingredients in a blender in the order listed. Blend for 30-60 seconds on high until smooth.
