Strawberry Banana Shake
Ingredients1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1/2 medium banana 1/4 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt 1/2 avocado 1 large handful spinach 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder 1 cup frozen strawberries 1 Tbsp flax meal (it's ok if you don't have this...just put it on your grocery list!) Instructions |
Place all the ingredients in a blender in the order listed. Blend for 30-60 seconds on high until smooth.
