​Do I have to be a mom to join?
Nope! Not at all. The workouts and the nutrition coaching is so high-quality that it applies to just about everybody. In fact, we even have quite a few "strong daddies" and "strong grandpas" that are feeling better than they've felt in a very long time! 


Do I have to be a Christian to join?
Absolutely not. Serving Jesus is Megan's personal passion and purpose in life as it is for other women in the program, and it inspires many of the aspects of Strong Mommas. But if you're not there (yet?) in your life, you'll still find tremendous benefit from the content you'll find here. The workouts, the nutrition coaching, and all of the accountability tools are pretty darn helpful for every woman, no matter what your beliefs. 


I'm not a young mom...in fact, I'm a Grandma. Is this still for me?
Absolutely! The ages of the Strong Mommas members range from 18-75 years old. Many of our older women are feeling stronger, pain-free, and more comfortable in their body than ever before. And they're having a ton of fun while they're at it!

Are the workouts safe during pregnancy and even as a postpartum mom?
Yes! Megan has designed the beginner level workouts to be completely safe for pregnant/postpartum mommas that need to be conscientious of bouncing, jumping, and direct abdominal work. As a member, you'll also have extra guidance and suggestions on how to modify workouts during each stage of pregnancy, PLUS you have access to the Diastasis Recti Healing Circuit that does wonders for regaining your core and pelvic floor strength postpartum. 


What workout equipment will I need?
Just some basics. A light pair of dumbbells, a heavy pair of dumbbells, a foam roller, and an exercise ball is all you really need to get in the best shape of your life. You'll be surprised at how much we can do without any fancy equipment! In fact, three out of the five workouts don't even need any equipment! Once you join the program, you'll get a list of equipment with Megan's personal recommendations, which might be stuff you already have lying around.

Will I have to buy anything else, like supplements, food products, or other stuff?

It depends. If you simply have a chronic injury or a specific body part (knee/shoulder/etc.) that has been causing you grief, we can probably work around it. She has extensive experience working with injuries, and has a knack for helping you heal more effectively. But, if you have been instructed by your doctor to avoid exercise altogether right now, it may be best to focus on just the nutrition/mindset aspects of the program until your injury heals. 


​I have a long history of training and consider myself advanced. Will this be challenging enough for me?
Yes! The intermediate/advanced workouts include complex strength movements, power and plyometric training, and advanced balancing/core exercises that will challenge even the most advanced strong momma. While many other advanced programs throw you into the deep end, asking you to max out nearly every day, this program carefully and strategically builds you up to it.
