Metabolic Finishers
Behold, the metabolic finisher. These tough little suckers can be tacked on to the end of your Workouts A and Workout B. These are optional for beginners, but not optional for intermediate/advanced. They only take about 3-5 minutes, but it's a gnarly few minutes. What do these do? They send your metabolism through the roof, keeping it zinging for a long time after your workout. Plus they make you even stronger and more fit overall. Pick a finisher and get to work!

Diastasis Recti Healing Circuits - Phases One, Two and Three
These progressive circuits are intended to help encourage healing of Diastasis Recti, or separated abdominals, often experienced during/after pregnancy. Read here for more information on Diastasis Recti. Begin with four weeks of Phase One, and then progress to Phase Two and then Phase Three. After just three full months, your core and pelvic floor will be much stronger!

Build-a-Butt Workshop
This circuit is designed to build and strengthen your glutes and core. It's a great add-on for anyone that struggles with knee pain, back pain, weak legs and difficulty balancing. Having strong glutes is essential to having a body that functions well!
